Junior Supply Chain Management
HCLTech Vietnam is seeking a motivated professional to join its logistics team in a remote position based in the Hanoi Capital Region. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with a background in supply chain or logistics who are looking to grow within a global technology leader. As part of the Components and Capex operations team, you'll handle daily shipment coordination, data management, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. Candidates must be available to work in the Vietnam time zone for the first 30–90 days and then switch to morning Pacific Standard Time hours.

Core competencies include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), a solid grasp of logistics documentation and processes, and familiarity with import/export regulations. Strong communication skills in English are required, while proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and effective problem-solvers who can work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Description
Overall Responsibilities: The Transportation TVC will be responsible for supporting Components and Capex operation. They will work with CMs, vendors and stakeholders to execute daily operational functions following documented SOPs and provide status updates to the hiring manager.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Shipment Processing & Documentation:
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, shipper, and receiver to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all import and export regulations.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and other logistics data.
- Generate regular reports on key logistics metrics.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Identify and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Proactively address potential delays or disruptions.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a logistics administration role.
- Exhibits a strong desire to learn and adapt, with a proven ability to quickly acquire new skills.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, documentation, and terminology.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of import and export regulations is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in English is a must, Proficiency in Chinese would be a significant advantage
