Mô tả công việc

Thiết kế giao diện website cho các dự án WordPress (ưu tiên mobile-first & responsive)

Tư duy UI/UX theo luồng người dùng, bố cục, hierarchy và hành vi chuyển đổi

Làm việc cùng account, dev, content để hoàn thiện sản phẩm cuối cùng

Cải thiện UI/UX của website khách hàng dựa trên phân tích người dùng (heatmap, session, v.v.)

Định hướng trở thành Lead UI/UX, xây dựng hệ thống design cho agency

Yêu cầu

Có kinh nghiệm 1 năm trở lên về UI/UX hoặc graphic design (freelance cũng được)
Sử dụng thành thạo Figma hoặc công cụ tương đương
Có kiến thức về typography, màu sắc, bố cục, spacing
Có mindset làm sản phẩm chứ không chỉ “vẽ đẹp”
Biết sử dụng các công cụ văn phòng
Biết tiếng Anh ở mức Intermediate+ là lợi thế
Tư duy mở, chủ động học hỏi, và có mong muốn phát triển lên Lead
