Key Account Manager
Servisys, a leading headhunting firm in the logistics and supply chain industry, is hiring a remote-based professional in Vietnam for a full-time account management role. In this position, you'll focus on developing strong client relationships, driving growth with existing clients, and generating new business opportunities primarily in the electronic components sector. Core responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for key stakeholders, establishing advisory-level client relationships, and preparing regular sales forecasts. In return, Servisys offers an attractive salary package, along with a monthly transportation allowance for customer visits (upon submission of receipts).
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in electronic components. Preferred applicants will have an established network of OEM/ODM/EMS customers in Vietnam. Fluency in English is essential, as the role requires excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats. Strong interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills are key to succeeding in this remote role.

Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of relevant work experience in selling electronic components and have existing connections with potential OEM/ODM/EMS customers in Vietnam
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
