Description: Orise – Unlock Your Full Potential. Orise is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Go‑To‑Market organisation. You will be responsible for developing and growing strategic customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing the full Orise value proposition. This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial strength with a strong understanding of complex customer needs.

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be globally responsible for one or more strategic customers within our data centre business across APAC. You will own senior customer relationships, represent the full Orise value proposition, and drive sustainable revenue growth by delivering tailored data centre infrastructure solutions aligned with customer short-, medium-, and long-term strategies. This role combines strategic account ownership, solution-led selling, and cross-functional leadership, working closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs), operations, and regional teams to support complex, multi-country data centre environments.

How you’ll drive impact

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Own and develop long-term strategic relationships with assigned key accounts across the APAC region, acting as the primary commercial and strategic interface.
  • Represent the end-to-end Orise data centre value proposition, including services and solutions supporting critical infrastructure environments.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer data centre strategies, operational models, and infrastructure requirements, including capacity growth, availability, resilience, and lifecycle planning.
  • Identify, shape, and convert new business opportunities by proposing customised data centre infrastructure solutions in collaboration with operational management and CoEs.
  • Lead and coordinate the development of complex offers, including commercial proposals and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and Orise strategy.
  • Drive order intake, turnover, and gross margin performance for assigned accounts, with accountability for overall commercial results.
  • Collaborate closely with local account teams, operations, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and customer satisfaction across APAC.
  • Apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) methods to deepen customer engagement, improve market penetration, and drive continuous account growth.
  • Actively contribute customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive feedback to support regional and global go-to-market initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with EHS instructions and customer safety requirements, proactively reporting unsafe situations, incidents, and near misses.

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who has a minimum of 10 years experience in Key Account Management within the data centre industry, or solution selling, ideally in combination with:

  • Strong technical understanding of data centre infrastructure solutions and services, with the ability to position complex offerings at both technical and executive levels.
  • Proven experience managing large, strategic customer accounts across multiple countries or regions.
  • Solid understanding of standard sales and commercial analyses, including margin, pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence both customers and internal teams.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and cross-functional teams.
  • Full knowledge and practical application of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) methodologies.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across APAC.
