Logistics Planning & Operations Executive (JP speaking)
Vị trí này thuộc Bosch Group, làm việc full-time tại Quận 1, TP.HCM với chính sách làm việc linh hoạt. Nhân viên đảm nhận việc lập kế hoạch vật tư, quản lý vận chuyển, nhập và cập nhật dữ liệu trên hệ thống SAP, trao đổi với khách hàng nội bộ tại Nhật Bản, chuẩn bị các báo cáo tồn kho và giao hàng định kỳ. Yêu cầu gồm tốt nghiệp đại học, 0-3 năm kinh nghiệm logistics hoặc chuỗi cung ứng, thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Nhật (JLPT N3 trở lên), kỹ năng Excel tốt và ưu tiên nếu biết Python, SQL, Power Platform hoặc có kinh nghiệm với SAP/ERP. Ứng viên cần có kỹ năng giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề, quản lý thời gian và tinh thần học hỏi cao.

Job Description
The role will provide remote planning and logistics management service to Bosch internal customers located in Japan. The working location will be in District 1, HCMC, with flexible working policy. Depending on customers’ request, the role might include some (but not all) of the responsibilities below:
- Material planning, passthrough planning and delivery management: Monitor and control shipments, deliveries and inventory of material to meet customers’ demand.
- System maintenance and execution: Input and maintain master/transactional data on SAP and other planning/logistics management systems.
- Communication: Emails and online meetings with internal customers in Japan, as well as internal/external suppliers around the globe.
- Report preparation: Perform daily/weekly/monthly reports of delivery/inventory performance; Remote stock-taking support for internal customers.
- Process standardization and digitalization (Optional, for those with interest): Improve productivity by eliminating non-value-adding tasks, unifying working standards, and task automation.
- Other planning & Logistics Management related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-3 years working experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management roles (e.g., Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse Management etc.)
- Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N3. N2 and above is preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in other digitalization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Platform) is preferred.
- Knowledge/experience with ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.
