Marketing Analyst
Growe is hiring a Marketing & CRM Analyst to join their distributed team on a full-time, remote basis. This role focuses on defining marketing and CRM metrics, delivering actionable insights through data analysis, and developing user-friendly Tableau dashboards to track KPIs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to report on channel efficiency and contribute to improvements in data quality and automation. Growe fosters a collaborative, adaptive environment with a focus on achieving tangible results.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in B2C marketing analytics, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau. Familiarity with multi-touch attribution, statistics, and tools such as GIT, Airflow, or Python libraries is a plus. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and an intermediate level of English are essential.

Recommend innovative ideas for optimizing marketing performance and efficiency;
Lead automated reporting for timely and accurate information delivery.
We need your professional experience:
At least 3 years of analytical experience, preferably in B2C marketing analytics;
Understanding of multi-touch attribution mechanisms;
Advanced proficiency in SQL;
Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools;
Solid statistical knowledge and experience in using statistics to analyze complex data;
Minimum English level required: Intermediate;
Familiarity with GIT and Airflow is a plus;
Experience with Python libraries is also a plus.
