Marketing Campaign Specialist
Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to manage and execute global and local campaigns. This is a remote full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary and company benefits. You will serve as the primary point of contact for campaign planning and execution, bridging user acquisition with brand marketing. Key duties include managing campaign calendars, refining marketing strategies, launching acquisition and referral campaigns, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging across channels.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in marketing campaigns, strong project management and copywriting skills, and a good grasp of branding, analytics, and the crypto market. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus. Experience working with large teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the campaigns POC, responsible for coordinating and refining all aspects of marketing campaigns, such as activity mechanics, branding, associated content and more.
- Act as the bridge between user-acquisition campaigns and brand marketing. Champion the brand and user-focused narrative in all areas to drive user growth.
- Maintain a company-wide campaigns calendar, including local and global campaigns.
- Collaborate across teams to help optimize and potentially combine campaigns under one central theme.
- Copywriting and proof-reading campaign related communications.
- Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and be an approver for all marketing campaigns.
- Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance.
- Innovate and implement test-and-learn strategies along with delivering results.
- Launch paid acquisition campaigns, referral campaigns and co-marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
- Experience working with integrated marketing campaigns.
- Project management skillsUnderstanding of the crypto market in general.
- Experience or strong interest in copywriting.
- Good understanding of branding, performance marketing and analytics.
- Demonstrates a clear and concise style of communication, with a creative/fun spin when relevant.
- Has worked in big teams and has experience managing projects with numerous stakeholders
