About the Role
As a Mass Production Manufacturing Engineer (ME), you will work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary group heavily involved in product engineering design from the early stages. Your role involves developing and qualifying solutions in a manufacturing environment, supporting and reviewing our global CEM production capabilities, and ensuring readiness for mass production. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of manufacturability, yield improvement, and implementing advanced process controls. Collaboration with various NVIDIA teams is key to ensuring strong functional relationships to meet team requirements and delivery schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lead ME Mass Production Adapters and Switches infrastructure capabilities at our India contract manufacturing site.
- Identify opportunities for potential process improvements and collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement them.
- Ensure CEM capacity and production capabilities are always in place to support Nvidia RBP requirements.
- Work concurrently with NVIDIA engineering teams, CEMs, and fixtures suppliers to enhance Infrastructure fixtures and test stations.
- Represent mass production ME Infrastructure requirements as a key position at the India CEM site.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering
- 4+ years of practical experience in a semiconductor production line company
- Technical knowledge and production process experience in a global enterprise
- Creativity, motivation, teamwork, fast learning abilities, and independence
- Advanced MS Office and Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
