JOB DESCRIPTION

The position is responsible for executing nano/micro KOC Booking operations mainly in Malaysian Market

• Manage nano/micro KOC booking operation end-to-end
  • Taget market : Malaysia
  • Campaign type : Free casting campaign
  • KPI: upload 100 videos / month
• Sort and select KOCs based on campaign criteria
• Directly contact selected KOCs and collect shipping addresses
• Coordinate and process product shipments to KOCs with internal logistics team
• Monitor and manage content upload status to ensure campaign targets are met

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of experience in KOC Booking, Social Media Makreting or a related field
• Hands-on experience in KOC booking campaign from start to finish
• Highly interested in and understanding of beauty content on social media
• Proficiency in English for communicating with KOCs and managing outreach via text/chat (using AI tools is allowed)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and tracking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Korean language ability is a plus (no speaking required)
• Familiarity with the K-beauty or beauty & lifestyle industry
• Experience working in a cross-cultural or multinational team environment

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist : Gross 15 M ~ 17 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
