The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. You will create video content and assets for a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging technologies. A key part of this role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI video generation tools such as VEO3.1 and Sora-2 to accelerate production and enhance visual storytelling.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work with raw footage—trim, assemble, and edit.
• Follow scripts or outlines while giving creative input to improve flow and final deliverables.
• Select and add music, voiceovers, and AI-generated visual elements to enhance video content.
• Design graphics and animations such as lower thirds, transitions, stingers, and AI-assisted motion elements.
• Ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and high production quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from production to post-production to deliver final videos that meet or exceed expectations.
• Advise on staging, lighting, and AI-assisted scene optimization for video shoots.
• Experiment with and implement new AI video generation tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Optimize videos for short-form platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), applying best practices for hooks, pacing, storytelling, captions, and engagement metrics.

The Requirements We Expect:

• 3+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience with green screen production.
• Proficiency with professional editing software (Premiere, After Effects, etc.) and AI video generation tools (VEO3.1, Sora-2).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics ability, including AI-enhanced content if possible.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills, especially for short-form videos.
• Understanding of social media video best practices: hooks, pacing, captions, and audience engagement.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently drive projects with passion and ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A portfolio of relevant work is required for consideration. It should illustrate your role and contribution in solving specific design problems, including any AI-assisted or social media-focused projects.
