JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Global KOC Booking Specialist, you will operate Nano/Micro KOC Free gifting campaigns in the US and Japan alongside members in Vietnam

You will work directly with Vietnamese team leader and other team members to operate your campaign

• Mass Nano/Micro KOC Booking

  • Target Market: USA & Japan
  • Campaign: Free Gifting Campaign for Nano/Micro Creators
  • Channel: TikTok, Instagram & other social media
  • Target KPI: Creating 150 Videos per month with 150 KOCs
  • Company will provide influencer research tools: Exolyt, Fastmoss, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in KOL/KOC booking or social media marketing
• Experience handling A to Z from influencer research to video upload collaborations
• Confident in communicating with American or Japanese influencers using AI tools (English or Japanese reading/writing skills required)
• Strong understanding of social media content trends related to beauty topics
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience in marketing to U.S. and Japanese consumers
• Experience working at beauty brands, influencer marketing agencies, or MCNs
• Experience utilizing influencer research tools ; Exolyt, Fastmoss, etc.
• Experience managing large volumes of data using Google Sheets and automation tools

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist: Gross 12 M ~ 16 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
