Network Specialist (JLPT-N2 Certified)
Vị trí hỗ trợ kỹ thuật mạng cho công ty Devloit, làm việc từ xa (remote), linh hoạt khu vực APAC. Công việc tập trung hỗ trợ, vận hành và xử lý các vấn đề về mạng LAN/WAN, MPLS, giao thức không dây, đồng thời hỗ trợ khách hàng 24/7 với mức chuyên môn cao. Bạn sẽ nhận được môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp và hỗ trợ phát triển kỹ năng.
Yêu cầu bắt buộc: sở hữu chứng chỉ JLPT-N2 (tiếng Nhật), kinh nghiệm về các giao thức mạng phổ biến như STP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, thành thạo kỹ năng xử lý sự cố mạng. Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng hỗ trợ kỹ thuật khách hàng và có kiến thức tốt về giao thức mạng không dây, controller-based AP.

Description
Position Name: IT Support Engineer (JLPT-N2)
Location: REMOTE
POSITION SUMMARY: Should have knowledge of Lan protocols like STP, RSTP, DTP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP etc. Should have knowledge of WAN protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP. Should have good and working knowledge of MPLS. Should have knowledge of Wireless, including Controllers based Access Points. Determine feasibility of technical solutions. Assist in root cause determination of network and related problems. Escalates issues to Tier 4 vendors as appropriate. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of escalated issues. Internet Protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP), Internet Components (routers, proxies, gateways, servers), Technical Support, Customer Facing, Troubleshooting. Japanese language proficiency (verbal & written) is required (to cover 24/7 support)
