JOB DESCRIPTION

This role focuses on building sustainable, long-term partnerships between creators and the brand. Under the leadership of the Global Marketing Team Lead located in Seoul, you will manage Vietnamese junior team members and run global influencer campaigns.

• Execute global social media marketing campaigns (TikTok, Instagram)
  • Target market: United States
  • Campaign types: Manage both Free Gifting and Paid Collaboration campaigns
• Manage the performance of the Vietnamese junior team members and track key performance metrics of campaigns
• Oversee the quality of creators’ short-form and long-form content and analyze performance
• Analyze market and consumer trends and identify new marketing opportunities
• Provide overall support for global marketing operations and related tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in social media/influencer/eCommerce marketing or related field
• English proficiency sufficient for business communication with global influencers and the Korean team (mainly via chat, using AI translation tools as support is allowed)
• Proven experience driving sales results through influencer collaborations (must be stated in resume or portfolio)
• Highly sensitive to social media trends with a strong understanding of short-form content
• Experience leading a team or managing junior members’ performance as a senior-level professional
• Strong understanding of skincare and beauty trends
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Proficiency in the Korean language is a PLUS
• Able to analyze social media content from a user perspective and explain insights logically
• Has a strong problem-solving mindset and persistence to find solutions even in challenging situations
• Open and flexible with feedback, and focused on delivering high-quality results
• Has experience managing personal social media accounts

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

  • Follow the client's working time
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

  • Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM (GMT +7)

  • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Senior: Gross 22 M ~ 26 M VND / month  
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account

• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
