OutSystems Technical Lead
Vị trí này dành cho các chuyên gia phát triển ứng dụng với nền tảng OutSystems tại Insten Talent Inc., làm việc remote tại Việt Nam với hợp đồng Full-time. Vai trò này chủ yếu thiết kế, phát triển, triển khai ứng dụng OutSystems, tích hợp hệ thống bên ngoài, tối ưu hiệu suất và bảo mật, đồng thời duy trì mã nguồn & tài liệu kỹ thuật. Môi trường phát triển Agile, có review code và đóng góp vào quy trình phát triển phần mềm.
Yêu cầu: 5+ năm kinh nghiệm IT, thành thạo OutSystems, có kiến thức tốt về UI/UX, tích hợp API và sử dụng thuần thục HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL. Ưu tiên ứng viên giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, quen thuộc với quy trình Agile/Scrum.

Job Overview and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from storyboard and design, develop to testing and deployment.
- Develop user interfaces, application logic, and integrations with external systems.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Follow best practices for coding, testing, and version control within the OutSystems environment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for application design, functionality, and development processes.
- Participate in code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Work within an Agile development framework, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Experiences
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with hands-on development experience.
- Experience in OutSystems development.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and UI/UX best practices.
- Experience with integrating third-party APIs and web services (e.g., RESTful).
- Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL queries for relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
- Able to speak and write well in English for easier communication with others.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
