Vị trí này tại Crossian, làm việc remote tại Việt Nam, sẽ chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện về hoạt động marketing hiệu suất cho mô hình thương mại điện tử D2C, dẫn dắt đội nhóm 6-10 người, quản lý ngân sách quảng cáo lớn (lên đến hàng triệu đô mỗi năm) và tập trung tối ưu chuyển đổi qua các kênh như Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok. Đãi ngộ hấp dẫn lên đến 7,000 USD/tháng, lương thử việc đầy đủ, thưởng quý, thưởng cuối năm, bảo hiểm sức khỏe toàn cầu và nhiều phúc lợi khác.

Ứng viên cần có bằng đại học/thạc sĩ ngành dữ liệu, kinh tế, tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm marketing hiệu suất TMĐT, thành thạo tối ưu hiệu quả chuyển đổi và sử dụng các nền tảng quảng cáo lớn. Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint hoặc tương đương.

Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer lifetime value.

As our E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of performance marketing initiatives tailored to our D2C e-commerce model, with a primary focus on Meta Ads and other paid channels to drive online purchases and scalable revenue. Leading a team of specialists, you will emphasize conversion optimization, funnel efficiency, and e-commerce-specific metrics to fuel aggressive global expansion.

What Will You Do

  1. Scale High-ROAS Acquisition Channels
    • Manage multi-million-dollar annual ad budgets (6–7 figures monthly) with full profit-and-loss accountability.
    • Design and execute conversion-optimized campaigns that drive direct website purchases and sustainable revenue growth.
    • Prioritize Meta platforms as the primary growth driver while integrating complementary channels for incremental gains.
  2. Drive Continuous Optimization Through Testing & Iteration
    • Develop and implement structured testing roadmaps covering creatives, audiences, bidding models, and funnel structures.
    • Quickly evaluate and adopt new platform features and algorithmic changes to sustain competitive performance.
    • Build repeatable frameworks for experimentation that deliver consistent improvements in key e-commerce metrics.
    • Translate test outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations that enhance profitability.
  3. Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
    • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of 6-10 e-commerce performance specialists.
    • Establish ambitious yet achievable KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.
    • Foster a culture of ownership, analytical rigor, and professional development.
  4. Partner Across Functions for Seamless Execution
    • Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to align ad messaging with site experience and conversion goals.
    • Work with Supply Chain and Operations to synchronize campaign pacing with inventory availability and sales forecasts.
    • Deliver concise performance insights to senior leadership to inform broader business decisions.

What We are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in fields that require strong data and numerical aptitude.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team of 6-10 members in performance marketing, specifically within an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) business.
