Italic tuyển dụng vị trí bán thời gian, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, quản lý và tối ưu các chiến dịch quảng cáo trả phí trên Facebook và Google. Vai trò này tập trung vào nghiên cứu thị trường, lên kế hoạch, triển khai, phân tích hiệu quả quảng cáo, phối hợp cùng đội ngũ sáng tạo và báo cáo kết quả. Môi trường làm việc linh hoạt, văn hoá phẳng và nhiều cơ hội phát triển.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý quảng cáo, thành thạo Ads Manager, Google Ads, khả năng phân tích dữ liệu tốt và giao tiếp xuất sắc. Ưu tiên những ai thích nghi nhanh trong môi trường hiệu suất cao và có tư duy chủ động.

We’re looking for a Paid Media Buyer who’s data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital advertising. Your job is to manage and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook and Google to drive real results.
What You’ll Do
Research target audiences and market trends to inform strategy
Plan and launch ad campaigns that align with business goals
Collaborate with creative teams to develop strong visuals and copy
Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimize ROI
Stay current on platform changes and best practices
Report on results and improve future campaigns based on data
What We’re Looking For
3+ years managing paid ads (Facebook, Google, etc.)
Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
Strong analytical mindset; confident working with data
Excellent communicator and team collaborator
Adaptable in fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
