Vị trí làm việc tại JustMarkets cho ứng viên tại Việt Nam, hình thức làm việc từ xa và toàn thời gian. Công việc tập trung vào tìm kiếm, xây dựng và hỗ trợ quan hệ đối tác trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ tài chính, phối hợp phòng ban để phát triển thị trường và đại diện công ty tại các sự kiện ngành. Ứng viên sẽ được hưởng chế độ lương thưởng hấp dẫn, 15 ngày phép, 10 ngày nghỉ ốm, 10 ngày nghỉ lễ linh hoạt mỗi năm, cùng ngân sách đào tạo và chăm sóc sức khỏe.

Yêu cầu chính gồm 2 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển đối tác hoặc kinh doanh ở lĩnh vực tài chính, thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt, kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết phục mạnh, cùng hiểu biết về quy định trong ngành. Ứng viên còn cần khả năng làm việc trong môi trường quốc tế và áp lực cao.

Job Title: Partner Relationship Manager (Vietnamese & English Speaker)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new partners while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing partners
  • Act as the primary contact for partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring they are fully supported in achieving their business objectives
  • Ensure all partners operate within the company’s business, regulatory, and brand guidelines, and maintain the highest standards of compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and events, to develop and implement market development strategies that drive partner engagement and growth
  • Represent the company at industry events such as expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars. This may involve occasional short-term travel
  • Work closely with partners to retain their business, providing strategic insights and support to help them reach new levels of success
  • Meet and exceed the KPIs set by management, with a strong focus on driving business growth and surpassing targets

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Partnership Management or Business Development within the financial services industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with partners
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to drive results in a competitive market
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry and the ability to ensure partners adhere to these standards
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment, often dealing with multiple languages and diverse cultural contexts
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required, with additional languages being an advantage
