Partnerships Marketing Manager
Vị trí làm việc tại Conversion, một agency marketing phát triển nhanh với khách hàng toàn cầu ở Hà Nội. Công việc tập trung xây dựng và mở rộng đối tác Shopify, phát triển khách hàng mới, tăng hiện diện cộng đồng eCommerce và quản lý hiệu quả hợp tác để tăng trưởng doanh thu.
Ứng viên lý tưởng có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm ở mảng đối tác hoặc phát triển kinh doanh (ưu tiên biết về Shopify), có đam mê eCommerce, kỹ năng giao tiếp và xây dựng quan hệ tốt, cùng tư duy chủ động và phân tích sắc bén.

What You’ll Do
- Build & Scale Shopify PartnershipsIdentify, onboard, and manage relationships with Shopify agencies, consultants, app developers, and ecosystem partners.
- Drive Growth & Business DevelopmentProspect new opportunities, run outbound outreach, and convert partnerships and merchant leads that expand Conversion.is’ footprint and revenue.
- Grow Community PresenceActively engage in Shopify, eCommerce, and DTC communities to increase brand awareness, trust, and inbound opportunities.
- Execute Growth StrategySupport the planning and execution of scalable growth and partnership strategies focused on merchant adoption and conversion lift.
- Track & Optimize PerformanceMonitor key metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize efforts to maximize ROI and long-term growth.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, growth, or community-led roles (Shopify ecosystem experience is a strong plus)
- Strong interest in eCommerce, Shopify apps, and DTC brands
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, analytical, and execution-focused — comfortable testing, iterating, and moving fast
- You should be excited to work with a global Shopify merchant and partner network
