Vai trò này dành cho ứng viên tại Việt Nam, làm việc 100% remote với mức lương 500 - 700 USD (Gross) và đầy đủ SHUI. Ứng viên sẽ hỗ trợ mở rộng người dùng toàn cầu cho nền tảng giao tiếp quốc tế, tập trung chuyển đổi khách hàng tiềm năng thành người dùng xác thực cũng như hướng dẫn, tối ưu quy trình onboarding và duy trì sự gắn kết, hoạt động của người dùng.

Yêu cầu bao gồm kinh nghiệm về sales/phát triển kinh doanh/cộng đồng, kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh và Việt xuất sắc, tư duy hướng mục tiêu và khả năng làm việc độc lập – chủ động. Điểm nổi bật là môi trường nhanh, nhiều cơ hội thử thách và phát triển kỹ năng.

Adecco's client is seeking a proactive and results-driven talent to support our global expansion by acquiring and managing high-quality users for international communication and social-discovery platforms. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting individuals into verified, active users on the platform, while maintaining long-term engagement and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Convert hot leads from the marketing team into verified users, ensuring successful onboarding and activation
  • Build trust with potential users and guide them through the registration, verification, and initial setup process
  • Clearly communicate platform value, benefits, and expectations
  • Optimize the onboarding journey by improving conversion rates and minimizing drop-offs across the funnel
  • Ensure users are consistently contactable and responsive, addressing any blockers in a timely manner
  • Support users in producing and maintaining high-quality media content (photos, videos, audio) to sustain activity levels
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve conversion efficiency and user quality

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in user acquisition, sales, business development, influencer partnerships, or community management
  • Ability to manage the full user funnel — from lead generation to conversion and ongoing engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence users effectively
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on conversion, retention, and performance metrics
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both the local language and English
  • Ability to work independently and comfortable working in a fast-paced & target-driven environment
  • Pro-active approach with the desire to contribute to the project
