Power BI Developer / Data Analyst (Client facing)
Vị trí này thuộc công ty 8SENECA, làm việc tại Hà Nội hoặc từ xa, hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế, phát triển và duy trì các dashboard Power BI, xây dựng dữ liệu, viết logic DAX, khai thác và phân tích dữ liệu SQL, phối hợp với đội nhóm và khách hàng để đưa ra giải pháp kỹ thuật. Công ty ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quản lý Power BI Service, cùng chế độ đãi ngộ cạnh tranh.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, thành thạo Power BI, kỹ năng SQL xuất sắc, giao tiếp khách hàng tốt bằng tiếng Anh và tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan. Ưu tiên người từng làm việc với Azure, Python, Power Automate hoặc có chứng chỉ PL-300.
Job Description
We are looking for a Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with business teams to turn data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build and optimize data models (Star/Snowflake schema) for performance and scalability.
- Develop business logic using advanced DAX and perform data transformation using Power Query (M language).
- Work with SQL databases to extract, clean, and analyze data.
- Collaborate with business teams and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and manage Power BI Service, including Gateways and Workspaces.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Power BI/Data Analyst or similar roles.
- Strong experience with Power BI, especially in developing production-level reports.
- Solid SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work with relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and communicate solutions clearly and professionally.
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse) or Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience in automation using Python or Power Automate.
- PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification.
