Principal Fullstack Software Engineer (JS)
Vị trí thuộc LTS Group, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam với mức lương hấp dẫn lên tới $4000-6000. Vai trò đóng vai trò chủ chốt về kỹ thuật, phụ trách thiết kế và triển khai các tính năng sản phẩm, xây dựng hệ thống full stack mở rộng, bảo mật; đồng thời tích hợp các giải pháp AI và dẫn dắt đội ngũ kỹ sư phát triển. Được làm việc cùng Product, Design và QA để đảm bảo chất lượng, tối ưu hiệu suất hệ thống.
Yêu cầu ứng viên sở hữu ít nhất 8 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển full stack, thành thạo JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS (NestJS), React hoặc Vue, xử lý tốt cả cơ sở dữ liệu PostgreSQL, MongoDB đồng thời từng xây dựng các tính năng AI dựa trên LLMs, vector search. Ứng viên cần có tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt, kinh nghiệm triển khai sản phẩm thực tế tại quy mô lớn và thích nghi môi trường đa văn hóa.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to serve as one of most senior individual contributors. This role is responsible for defining technical direction, architecting and delivering AI-first solutions, and ensuring our platforms scale reliably as the business grows. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to solve complex problems, integrate AI into real-world workflows, and elevate engineering standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of major product features and platform enhancements.
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable full stack systems using modern technologies.
- Design and integrate AI-powered capabilities including LLM-based automation, document processing, and workflow optimization.
- Own critical technical domains and act as the subject-matter expert for architecture and system behavior.
- Define and execute a 6–12 months technical improvement roadmap covering performance, reliability, and modularity.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices across testing, CI/CD, observability, and code quality.
- Identify systemic technical debt and drive long-term, sustainable fixes.
- Improve system performance through profiling, optimization, and capacity planning.
- Embed secure-by-default principles into system design and implementation.
- Mentor and coach mid-to-senior engineers; lead architecture reviews and technical deep dives.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to ensure clarity of requirements and predictable delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional full stack engineering experience.
- 8+ years delivering complex, production-grade systems.
- Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
- Strong experience with backend frameworks such as NodeJS (NestJS preferred).
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience building and integrating AI-powered features using LLMs, embeddings, and vector search.
- Solid understanding of scalable architecture, API design, and system observability.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong English communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
Nice to Have
- Experience in FinTech, accounting, or bookkeeping platforms.
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and prompt engineering tools.
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments.
