Project Manager, Global Remote
Pareto.AI is seeking experienced professionals in project management to lead strategic, AI-focused initiatives. This is a fully remote, full-time position offering the opportunity to work with top clients in AI development. Core responsibilities include coordinating project execution, client communication, and optimizing internal processes. You’ll collaborate with global teams and help shape bespoke AI models, with access to bi-monthly pay, performance-based promotions, and ongoing training in a supportive, diverse community.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of project management experience, strong communication skills, and a background in data science, AI research, or technical operations. Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Slack, and Coda is preferred. Applicants must be fluent in English, comfortable with Pacific Time hours (8 AM–5 PM PT), and meet minimum system and connectivity requirements.

About this role
We are looking for exceptional communicators with experience in data operations, data science, or AI research, who are interested in leading our key AI projects! This is a long-term, fully-remote role.
As a Pareto Project Manager, you’ll be overseeing and coordinating project execution, coordinate remotely with Pareto clients, project stakeholders and workers, and collaborate with fellow Pareto leaders in the continuous improvement of the product offering and processes.

What you’ll do:
Identify and understand customer business goals & needs.
Setting up, overseeing and coordinating project execution to its successful completion.
Communicate transparently with peers and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and blockers.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and growth of customer accounts.
Continuously perform and meet the set Project Manager evaluation criteria.
Engage in community activities & required meetings.
What you’ll need:
An excellent command of the English language.
Customer-facing communication skills
3+ years of project management experience
Familiarity with excel/spreadsheet functions and data analysis
Ideally background in computer science or slightly technical
Available pacific time 8-5 pm PT
A minimum internet connection speed of 5mbps.
A computer processor of i5 / Ryzen 3 and above for Windows users; i3 and above for Mac users.
A minimum system requirement of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of memory.
A strong understanding and creative use of AI and software tools.
A strong desire for continuous learning and improvement
