QA Engineer (Part-time/Full-time)
Fastrak AI tuyển dụng vị trí QA Engineer làm việc từ xa, linh hoạt toàn thời gian hoặc bán thời gian cho ứng viên tại Việt Nam. Bạn sẽ đảm nhận kiểm thử thủ công (Manual QA) web/app, xây dựng test plan/case, theo dõi & báo cáo lỗi, phối hợp cùng kỹ sư phần mềm và quản lý sản phẩm. Chế độ hấp dẫn: không giới hạn ngày nghỉ, lương thưởng cạnh tranh, làm việc hoàn toàn remote và đóng góp ở giai đoạn đầu phát triển công ty.
Ứng viên cần tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm QA, thành thạo kiểm thử web, REST API, sử dụng Postman, JIRA, TestRail và giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm automation hoặc scripting với Python/JavaScript. Thỉnh thoảng cần phối hợp online buổi tối với team quốc tế.

Note: This position will be full-time remote and not cover SHUI
What You'll Do
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and API-based applications
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing
- Work closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure quality throughout the SDLC
- Identify, report, and track bugs effectively
- Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices
Highlight note: This is primarily a manual QA role, with opportunities to grow into automation.
Ability to understand product workflows and think from an end-user perspective. Occasional collaboration with the team during evening hours (approximately 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM GMT+7) may be required to align with international teammates.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Tester in a software development environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience testing web applications and REST APIs
- Familiar with tools like Postman, JIRA, TestRail, or similar
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal) — you’ll work with international teammates
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely
Bonus: experience with test automation or scripting (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
