Job Title: Recruiter (2+ Years Experience) Location: Remote – Vietnam (Locals Preferred)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with 2–3+ years of experience in recruitment and sales/business development. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to source, screen, and place top talent while also contributing to client engagement and business growth. This is a remote role, but we strongly prefer candidates based in Vietnam who understand the local market.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple skill sets. Manage job postings, networking, and proactive talent searches. Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs. Engage in client interaction and support business development efforts. Meet recruitment and sales targets in line with company objectives. Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the database/ATS.

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to sales or client-facing roles. Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (spoken & written). Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking platforms. Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup. Strong understanding of the Vietnam talent market is a plus.
