Regional Sales Director
Jaten Robotics is seeking a Regional Sales Director to join its remote team based in Hanoi, Vietnam. This full-time, remote role will take ownership of the sales process in the local and neighboring markets, with responsibilities including identifying new opportunities, developing key client relationships, executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and participating in industry events. The position also includes team leadership duties, market analysis, and collaboration with marketing for brand promotion. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in automation sales, with deep understanding of industry trends and strong ability to formulate and execute sales strategies. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Hanoi and should have proven skills in technical solution selling, market development, customer relationship management, and team leadership. Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process in local and surrounding markets, including identifying target markets, formulating sales strategies, executing sales plans, developing target customers, etc.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and networking, working closely with local teams to develop sales pipelines and achieve sales targets
- Manage, strengthen, and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, both new and existing, by providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships
- Attend client meetings, understand client needs, and understand and interpret the company's products and technical solutions and quotations to effectively address client requirements.
- Work with the marketing team to prepare and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to approach new customers, generate leads, and promote the company’s products
- Regularly conduct market research, collect competitor information, analyze market trends, and provide support for company decision-making.
- Manage the sales team and achieve the team's sales goals.
Experience / Qualifications
- College degree or above.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automation sales industry, familiar with industry trends and developments.
- Already settled in Hanoi, Vietnam or plan to develop in the local area for a long time adapt to business trips.
- Proficient in Vietnamese, English/Chinese is preferred.
- Ability requirement: Ability to understand and interpret technical solutions. Having excellent market development and customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as team management abilities.
