Vị trí làm việc tự do từ xa cho công ty Weplacedyou, tập trung phát triển blockchain/Web3. Công việc linh động 10–40 tiếng/tuần, lương theo năng lực từ $60–$150/giờ. Ứng viên chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng, kiểm tra hợp đồng thông minh trên Solana (Rust/Anchor), EVM (Solidity), tích hợp backend với TypeScript, Node.js và hợp tác cùng nhóm quốc tế.
Yêu cầu gồm tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm blockchain/Web3, kỹ năng lập trình Solana, Solidity, TypeScript, Node.js, hiểu biết về escrow/thanh toán/tranh chấp, và ưu tiên đề cao bảo mật hợp đồng thông minh. Lợi thế nếu từng làm với WebSocket, QuickNode hoặc hệ thống fintech/marketplace.

Engagement Rate: $60–$150 / hour - Totally depends on experience and level of work in blockchain / Web3 space

What You Bring
Required:
- At least 2-3 or above years in blockchain / Web3 experience
- Expertise in Solana (Anchor/Rust) and EVM (Solidity) ecosystems
- Strong understanding of escrow, milestone payments, and dispute resolution patterns
- Experience with TypeScript SDK development and backend integration (Node.js)
- Security-first mindset and familiarity with smart contract auditing practices
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team
Nice to have:
- Experience with WebSocket / real-time updates
- Familiarity with Helius / QuickNode for event indexing
- Background in fintech or marketplace platforms
