Vị trí này thuộc STS - Sustainable Textile Solutions Vietnam, làm việc toàn thời gian, cho phép làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam. Bạn sẽ phát triển khách hàng, thực hiện và quản lý quy trình bán hàng, đào tạo khách hàng, đáp ứng chỉ tiêu doanh số và quảng bá dịch vụ qua nền tảng Data Detective Insight. Mức thu nhập sẽ trao đổi khi phỏng vấn.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có kỹ năng giao tiếp, chăm sóc khách hàng tốt, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm ngành dệt may, trình độ đại học liên quan và sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Việt, tiếng Anh. Vị trí phù hợp cả cho ứng viên ở Việt Nam hoặc làm việc từ xa.

Role Description
This is a full-time sales role based on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The SalesRepresentative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providingexcellent customer service, and building relationships with clients. Responsibilities alsoinclude developing sales strategies, managing sales processes, conducting client training, andmeeting sales targets. Additionally, collaboration with other team members to drive businessgrowth and maintain client satisfaction will be a crucial part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain clientrelationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies andachieving sales targets.
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate clients or team members asneeded.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive andgoal-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in the textile or garment industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Vietnamese and English, is preferred.
- Based in Vietnam or comfortable working remotely
What You’ll Do:
- Promote STS/VTIC trade and market intelligence service via the Data Detective Insightplatform
- Build and manage client relationships.
- Work remotely with flexible hours.
