• 7+ years of product leadership experience at seed-stage or Series A companies.
• Experience managing engineers and weighing build-versus-buy technology choices.
• Deep expertise in experimentation and user-centered research.
• Strong communication skills in diverse settings.
• Experience in services-to-product transformation, building scalable software tools.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or marketplace products serving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge in fintech or financial services compliance.
• Excitement for driving economic change through product skills.

• Salary: $180k–$220k (commensurate with experience).
