Công ty John Ong and Company tuyển dụng vị trí toàn thời gian làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam cho vai trò hỗ trợ nghiên cứu, phân tích thị trường, xu hướng ngành và chuẩn bị báo cáo phục vụ dự án khách hàng quốc tế trong lĩnh vực hàng hóa (thương mại nông sản, soft commodities và kim loại). Ứng viên sẽ phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội dự án và nhận nhiều hỗ trợ phát triển chuyên môn.
Yêu cầu nổi bật: Thành thạo tiếng Anh, ưu tiên biết thêm ngoại ngữ khu vực Đông Nam Á, tốt nghiệp kinh tế, tài chính, kinh doanh hoặc ngành liên quan, có kỹ năng độc lập, kinh nghiệm hoặc kiến thức về giao dịch/supply chain hàng hóa là lợi thế. Ứng viên sẽ làm việc và phát triển mạng lưới quốc tế.

Description: John Ong and Company is a highly specialized firm with over a decade of experience in the physical commodities industry. They specialize in identifying solutions for challenging and niche resourcing needs, providing flexible and pragmatic support to clients worldwide.
Role: Researcher / Junior Consultant. This is a full-time remote position responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and supporting external/internal client projects. The role includes collecting and interpreting data, preparing reports, and collaborating closely with the delivery team. Proficiency in English for communication and coordination is a prerequisite skill.
Qualifications
- Courage and ability to converse in English and build networks across international markets.
- Strong ability to work remotely and independently.
- Excellent written and verbal command of English and other SEAsian / Regional languages.
- Knowledge or background in agricultural / soft commodities trading or supply chain management is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
