Rust Developer (Junior/Middle)
Vị trí này tại Asiatek Consulting Vietnam, làm việc remote tại Việt Nam, hợp đồng 3 tháng full-time, mức lương đến 30 triệu VND/tháng. Nhiệm vụ gồm phát triển hệ thống backend, đảm bảo hiệu năng, bảo trì mã nguồn Rust và hỗ trợ tối ưu, sửa lỗi hệ thống. Ứng viên phối hợp DevOps, frontend để phát triển tính năng mới và tham gia review mã nguồn.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có từ 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm Rust, giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm chuyển đổi Java sang Rust hoặc phát triển hệ thống backend. Hiểu về lập trình song song, tối ưu hiệu suất, sử dụng database, Docker, cloud là lợi thế cạnh tranh. Ứng viên tự trang bị laptop, làm việc từ xa, quy trình tuyển dụng nhanh gọn cho ứng viên phù hợp.

Rust Developer (Junior/Middle) at Asiatek Consulting Vietnam
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Remote)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, or system-level components in Rust.
- Optimize performance and ensure memory safety in mission-critical applications.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, frontend, product) to deliver features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Stay updated with Rust ecosystem advancements and integrate relevant improvements.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience working with Rust programming language.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Having experience with Java scan to Rust is a big plus.
- Experience with systems programming or backend development.
- Solid understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and message queues.
- Knowledge of containerization and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
Other information
- Remote working (full-time): 9 PM – 6 PM (Mon - Fri)
- Salary/Rate: Max offer 30,000,000 VND gross/month
- Duration: 3-month contractor initially
- Contract renewal based on the project
- Expected onboarding date: ASAP (preferred)
- Laptop and other devices: Self-provided
