What you'll do
Responsible for the daily operation and growth of RWA products and Hong Kong and US stock contracts, design and execute trading activities (such as new user acquisition sprint, trading competition, VIP upgrade activities);Plan differentiated activities based on user segmentation (novice/active user/VIP) to increase user transaction volume and Retention Rate;Collaborate with channels, BD, and marketing teams to design differentiated marketing strategies to achieve large-scale new user acquisition and transaction volume breakthroughs.Track data metrics (new users, transaction volume, activity ROI), regularly review and optimize operational strategies
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree or above, majors related to marketing, finance, economics, and management are preferred.Experience with exchanges, securities, Hong Kong, and US stock internet brokerage growth, and familiarity with Hong Kong and US stocks is preferredStrong stress resistance and execution ability, able to be results-oriented
