Yêu cầu nổi bật gồm kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh trong công ty công nghệ, am hiểu hệ sinh thái thiết bị di động, dịch vụ tài chính và giải pháp bảo mật, kỹ năng bán hàng, đàm phán xuất sắc cùng năng lực sử dụng phần mềm CRM (Salesforce). Ưu tiên ứng viên có bằng đại học, MBA hoặc kinh nghiệm tương đương.

About the Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to join the team in Vietnam. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and delivering customer solutions in the APAC region.
As a Sales & Business Development Manager, your key accountabilities will include:

  • Identifying strategic partner prospects and supporting the establishment of these relationships
  • Engaging with new potential clients through making connections, building relationships, and establishing networks
  • Offering appropriate products/services to potential clients that meet their needs
  • Developing plans to create new business opportunities in the market and winning new customers
  • Leading key deal preparation, presentation, and execution for successful closures
  • Providing customer and market insight to support the development of the wider go-to-market strategy
  • Translating market feedback and collated data to guide product strategies
  • Providing insight, support, and collaboration across the APAC team to maximize sales opportunities
  • Traveling to customers in the region as needed

Requirements

Skills:

  • Strong sales and refined negotiation skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Proven track record in breaking into and scaling new accounts
  • Experience with CRM software and multiple sales techniques

Experience:

  • Previous experience in Smart Phones & Financing ecosystem or telecom devices/services
  • Demonstrable Business Development experience at a Technology company
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Deep understanding of the mobile device ecosystem and mobile app protection
  • Strong knowledge of security solutions

Qualifications: Degree, MBA, or relevant experience
