Sales Development Representative
Recruiting from Scratch, a fully remote technical recruiting agency based in Atlanta, is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join its growing team across the APAC region. This is a remote contract role ideal for someone passionate about sales and brand storytelling. As the first SDR hire, you'll play a pivotal role in driving outbound prospecting, crafting brand-aligned messaging, and generating pipeline opportunities. You'll collaborate directly with the CEO and GTM Lead to shape how the company shows up publicly through LinkedIn posts, sales copy, and outreach strategies. This role offers a commission bonus with uncapped earnings based on performance.
Qualified candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, be fluent in written and spoken English, and demonstrate strong copywriting skills. Familiarity with modern GTM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential. A successful candidate will also bring a growth mindset, adaptability, and initiative to help refine the outbound strategy. The Role:
As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective clients, responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. Beyond outreach, you’ll also help craft messaging and content that aligns with Recruiting from Scratch’s brand voice, drafting LinkedIn post ideas, sales copy, and marketing snippets that our CEO and GTM Lead will share publicly.
We’re looking for someone who understands that in modern sales, brand and voice are as important as volume. This role blends outbound hustle with copywriting and creativity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting
Adding new prospects daily in assigned accounts, sending personalized emails, Linkedin touchpoints, and targeted dials.
- Copywriting & Brand Voice
Collaborate with GTM Lead and CEO to draft LinkedIn posts, thought leadership content, and outreach copy.
- Automation & Process Improvement
Use modern tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to scale outreach. Share learnings with the team and help refine our outbound playbook.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 1–3 years in an SDR/BDR or client-facing role.
- Fluent in English (written + spoken).
- Strong copywriting skills, you can write emails, posts, and messages that match a brand voice.
- Familiar with modern GTM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- A hacker’s mindset, always looking for ways to save time and improve processes.
