Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 2 năm SDR hoặc outbound sales, thông thạo các công cụ LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), công cụ sequencing (Apollo/Outreach), giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, làm việc kỷ luật, gõ tối thiểu 50 từ/phút, có thiết bị làm việc và internet mạnh. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc trong ngành Tech, SaaS, FinTech hoặc có kinh nghiệm đặt lịch thành công với khách hàng qua nhiều kênh.

About the Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative at a growing firm.
You will build pipeline for fast-growing ANZ startups and small businesses. The focus is outbound first, with rapid follow up on warm leads. You will book qualified discovery calls with founders, MDs, and hiring leaders, then hand over clean, well-documented opportunities to close. Success is measured by qualified meetings set, show rate, and revenue generated from your pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Hit weekly targets for qualified appointments in the ANZ market
- Run multi-channel outreach: VoIP calling, LinkedIn, and cold email sequences
- Respond to inbound and hand-raisers within 5 minutes during local working hours
- Research and prioritise accounts that match the ICP, build clean lists, and personalise first-touch messaging
- Qualify using simple frameworks (for example budget, need, timing, decision maker) and book next steps on the call
- Maintain CRM hygiene, track outcomes, and report daily activity and pipeline status
- Test, learn, and optimise scripts, openers, and sequences for higher connect and conversion rates
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in an SDR or outbound sales role for startups or small businesses
- Proven results in the ANZ market, comfortable working core AEST/AEDT hours
- Strong VoIP calling skills with fast response times and confident objection handling
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a modern CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive), and a sequencing tool (for example Apollo or Outreach)
- Clear written and spoken English for concise outreach and call notes
- Disciplined with data entry, list building, and follow-up cadences
- Comfortable with a commission-driven structure tied to qualified appointments and closed deals
Requirements:
- Typing speed 50+ words per minute
- A clean and professional remote work environment
- Fast internet, a second monitor and a fast computer
Preferred Experience:
- Previous exposure to Energy, Tech, SaaS, FinTech, Cybersecurity, Marketing, or E-commerce industries
- Experience with sales automation and prospecting tools
- Track record of booking 20+ qualified meetings per month with solid show and acceptance rates
- Comfortable using Loom or similar for short personalised videos
