FGS Brands tuyển dụng vị trí Giám đốc Kinh doanh E-commerce & Omnichannel tại TP.HCM (làm việc linh hoạt). Ứng viên đảm nhận lãnh đạo phát triển kinh doanh toàn diện, dẫn dắt mảng thương mại điện tử, đa kênh và marketing, xây dựng đội ngũ và trực tiếp chịu trách nhiệm P&L quốc gia. Đãi ngộ gồm lương cơ bản cạnh tranh, thưởng hiệu suất, bảo hiểm và cơ hội phát triển cùng mạng lưới toàn cầu FGS.

Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm thương mại điện tử, 3 năm quản lý, thành thạo tiếng Anh-Việt, am hiểu sâu hệ sinh thái Shopee, TikTok Shop hoặc Lazada, cùng khả năng xây dựng đội ngũ và tăng trưởng GMV. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm tại Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, ngành hàng điện tử tiêu dùng hoặc FMCG và có nền tảng livestream commerce.

Company Overview:

FGS Vietnam is a fast-growing home appliance company managing international brands such as Cosmo and RCA. We are building a strong presence in Vietnam through an online-first strategy, with plans to expand into full omnichannel distribution.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly capable Sales Director to lead and scale our business in Vietnam. This role combines hands-on execution in E-commerce & Social Commerce with full commercial leadership responsibilities, including sales, marketing, operations, and team development. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and operator, capable of building the business from the ground up and growing into a country-level leadership role.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, or Sales
  • Minimum 3 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of scaling GMV and building high-performing teams
  • Strong experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or similar platforms
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Leadership Profile

Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate hands-on
Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making capability
Experience building and scaling teams from early-stage environments
Ability to grow into a full country leadership / General Manager role

Preferred Background

  • Experience at Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or similar ecosystems
  • Experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG
  • Experience in livestream commerce or affiliate ecosystems is a strong advantage
