Yêu cầu: Tốt nghiệp đại học nhóm ngành liên quan, trên 10 năm kinh nghiệm lĩnh vực vật liệu hiệu suất, thành thạo tiếng Anh & tiếng Việt, ưu tiên có thêm tiếng Trung. Ứng viên cần có tư duy phân tích sắc bén, kinh nghiệm quy trình sản xuất và sẵn sàng đi công tác thường xuyên.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and creating robust pipelines within the Vietnamese market for performance materials.
  • Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to provide price alignment and technical support that meets diverse customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends as well as competitor activities, using insights to inform strategic sales initiatives and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by delivering consistent value, understanding their requirements, and responding promptly to feedback.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets in terms of volume and gross profit by implementing effective commercialization strategies.
  • Generate qualified sales leads in line with annual goals, ensuring a steady flow of new prospects into the pipeline.
  • Participate actively in customer meetings and internal discussions, requiring regular travel for business trips across Vietnam.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account status, and market intelligence to support informed decision-making.

What You Bring:

  • University degree or higher in relevant subjects such as material science or engineering is required for this position.
  • More than ten years of professional experience within the performance materials sector is essential.
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is mandatory; Mandarin language skills would be considered an advantage but are not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance materials sales with familiarity in manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical skills combined with meticulous attention to detail are necessary for problem-solving within complex environments.
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and personal development will help you excel in this role.
