Vị trí này thuộc công ty Web Synergies, làm việc tại Việt Nam hoặc remote, là hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Công việc tập trung xây dựng, triển khai các giải pháp tự động hóa marketing trên nền tảng Salesforce Marketing Cloud và Pardot, đồng thời phối hợp với các nhóm phòng ban và hỗ trợ người dùng Nhật Bản. Mức lương cạnh tranh và có cơ hội phát triển chuyên sâu lĩnh vực Marketing Automation.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm về Salesforce/CRM/Marketing Automation, kiến thức về Salesforce Marketing Cloud, hiểu biết về HTML/CSS/JavaScript là điểm cộng. Ưu tiên ứng viên giao tiếp tốt tiếng Anh, nếu biết tiếng Nhật càng lợi thế. Ứng viên chủ động, làm việc độc lập và có chứng chỉ Salesforce sẽ là điểm cộng lớn.

Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Location: Vietnam (Remote)
Description: We're seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team and work on marketing automation initiatives, primarily supporting Japanese stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and marketing and is adept at handling tasks from requirement gathering to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business users to understand marketing needs
- Translate requirements into practical Salesforce solutions
- Support and enhance marketing automation workflows and campaigns
- Work with tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Build and manage assets such as forms, landing pages, and customer journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementations
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of solutions
Key Requirements:
- Around 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce / CRM / Marketing Automation
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement (Pardot) is advantageous
- Familiarity with marketing automation concepts (campaigns, customer journeys, lead management, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript is a plus
- Ability to communicate in Japanese (Nice-to-have) and English
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Japanese clients or teams
- Salesforce certifications (especially related to Marketing Cloud / Pardot)
- Experience with APIs or system integrations
