Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator
Join Uride as a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator in a fully remote, full-time position, working 40 to 50 hours per week with a competitive monthly salary of CAD$1,500 to CAD$1,700. This role involves optimizing scheduling processes, managing day-to-day driver operations, fostering engagement and retention, and analyzing driver data to enhance communication and supply coverage. You’ll be an integral part of a rapidly growing company, taking ownership of coverage for both existing and new markets.
Success in this role requires analytical skills, adaptability, assertive communication, experience in planning, negotiation, customer service, and conflict resolution. A background in event planning, psychology, marketing, or business administration is helpful, as are strong interpersonal skills and empathy. You'll also be expected to set and meet KPI targets in collaboration with your employer.

What you'll do
- Utilize driver data to understand driver behavior and areas for improvement in our driver communication and incentive programs that will provide better supply coverage through scheduling.
- Develop & Optimize all Processes as they relate to Scheduling.
- Manage driver relationships, identify & attack problem areas for drivers to encourage better driver retention and engagement.
- Manage the day-to-day issues of hundreds/thousands of drivers on our system.
- Take ownership of the schedule to help ensure Uride’s growth in our existing andexpansion markets. This means doing whatever it takes to get coverage where it needs to be.
- The Employer and employee will discuss and set KPI’s per market based on individual market needs.
