Vị trí tuyển dụng thời vụ tại Volga Partners (làm việc từ xa với tính chất hợp đồng toàn cầu), sẽ đảm nhận các công việc từ tìm kiếm, phỏng vấn ứng viên trên toàn thế giới, đến phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ và quản lý quy trình tuyển dụng trên đa nền tảng. Mức thù lao 6–11 USD/giờ tùy kinh nghiệm và khu vực, ứng viên toàn cầu đều có thể ứng tuyển.
Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng quốc tế, kỹ năng tiếng Anh tốt, thành thạo LinkedIn, Indeed và các công cụ tuyển dụng trực tuyến. Ưu tiên cho những người có thiết bị cá nhân và kết nối internet ổn định. Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, linh hoạt và hỗ trợ tuyển dụng cuối tuần khi cần thiết.

Position Overview
Volga Partners is seeking a Seasonal Recruiter (on-call/temporary) to support our global hiring efforts. This role is central to driving our talent pipeline and ensuring strong candidate experiences across time zones and geographies.
Requirements
- Attentive and detail-oriented
- Communicative, with strong interpersonal skills
- Skilled in sourcing and screening candidates globally
- Proactive with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Bilingual ability is a plus for niche language roles, while primary requirement is a strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
Work Arrangement & Hours
This is an on-call/temporary, project-based role with hours based on client needs. Hours can vary from 0 to 30+ per week. All hours must be pre-approved by HR. Candidates must have their own device with reliable internet, and company tools will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment
- Source candidates globally
- Conduct interviews in English
- Collaborate with hiring managers
- Schedule interviews across time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Provide timely communication to candidates
- Contribute to post-hire engagement processes
- Work with various tools including Outlook, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams
Key Qualifications
- Proven recruitment experience
- Experience in fast-paced global environments
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to conduct structured interviews
- Strong organizational skills
Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
This is a global contractor role with pay ranging from $6.00–$11.00 USD per hour depending on location and experience.
