Talentia Consulting tuyển dụng vị trí phát triển AI làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, hợp đồng full-time với mức lương tới 50 triệu/tháng (Net). Vai trò tập trung vào thiết kế, phát triển và triển khai AI copilots qua Microsoft Copilot Studio, phát triển kiến trúc hội thoại, xây dựng template cũng như kết nối API, đồng thời bảo đảm các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật, tuân thủ, tối ưu hiệu năng và quản lý vòng đời AI.
Yêu cầu nổi bật: tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong phát triển phần mềm hoặc Power Platform, thành thạo Microsoft Copilot Studio, giỏi JavaScript/C#, có kinh nghiệm REST API, custom connector, hiểu biết về Azure Functions/Azure OpenAI, am hiểu quản trị & bảo mật doanh nghiệp như RBAC, OAuth. Quy trình phỏng vấn nhanh gọn qua 1-2 vòng chuyên môn và phỏng vấn HR.

Job overview and responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio within the Internal AI Factory
- Build scalable conversational architectures (topics, entities, prompts, orchestration)
- Contribute to reusable copilot templates, components, and patterns
- Develop custom connectors and API integrations
- Implement backend logic using Azure Functions (C# / JavaScript)
- Collaborate with AI Architects, Security, and Platform teams to enforce governance standards
- Apply enterprise AI principles: security, privacy, compliance, and lifecycle management
- Monitor usage, analytics, and continuously optimize Copilot performance
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, Power Platform, or enterprise solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong understanding of Copilot lifecycle management: design, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Strong skills in JavaScript and/or C#
- Solid experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and system integrations
- Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure AD, Azure OpenAI)
- Understanding of enterprise security, RBAC, OAuth, and data governance
Process interview (1-2 rounds)
- HR pre-qualification process with a short interview (15-20 mins). The candidate may join 1 or 2 of the interviews from the client side.
