Pay range of $35,000 - $50,000

We're building a no-code/low-code platform from the ground up. Combining deep LLM integration with an extensible business rules engine and enterprise security / auditability. This is your chance to join the core engineering team of a new platform built from scratch by proven founders who achieved an exit valuation of over $650M in their last company.

As a Lead Back-End Java Engineer, you’ll shape the technical foundation of the platform. If you’re passionate about engineering excellence, scalability, security, and working with other sharp minds—this is the kind of company you want to be a part of.

What you will do:

• Develop scalable back-end services and APIs with Java and Spring
• Architect systems that are secure, fault-tolerant and scalable
• Build in a containerized environment using Docker, Kubernetes
• Contribute to core infrastructure decisions
• Collaborate with front-end and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end excellence

You Bring:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Spring framework preferred)
• Fluency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL
• Experience in distributed systems and backend performance patterns
• A strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics
