Senior Backend Developer (Python/Django)

Vai trò này tập trung thiết kế, xây dựng các hệ thống backend với Python/Django, tối ưu API REST/GraphQL, tích hợp dịch vụ bên ngoài cùng cơ hội ứng dụng AI framework LangChain/LangGraph. Mức lương hấp dẫn, linh hoạt giữa onsite và remote.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm Python backend, thành thạo Django ORM, Docker, cloud platform; ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm với LangChain/LangGraph, biết sử dụng Git, CI/CD pipeline và có bằng đại học khối CNTT hoặc tương đương.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Python Django Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in building AI agents using popular frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph or others, and a passion for delivering high-quality, performant code. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining onsite collaboration with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Python and Django.
- Build and optimize APIs using REST and GraphQL (a plus).
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Implement database models and optimize queries using Django ORM (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of backend services.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.
- (If applicable) Leverage AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to enhance application functionality.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve development processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer with Python
- Strong understanding of database design, Django ORM, and query optimization.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a hybrid (onsite/remote) environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js) for better cross-team collaboration.
- Knowledge of message queues (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ) and caching systems (e.g., Redis).
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest) and writing unit/integration tests.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
