In this critical role, you will oversee the execution of clinical data management activities either in-house or outsourced, ensuring that data management operations adhere to quality standards. \n- Perform Lead CDM role for assigned studies
- Design and assist in the creation of clinical databases
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of databases
- Draft and approve study-specific CDM documentation
- Oversee data cleaning activities for assigned and outsourced studies
- Monitor study progress to meet milestones
- Manage relationships with CDM vendors
- Ensure compliance with relevant SOPs
- Identify and communicate potential risks to the team
- Collaborate with study teams to create risk-based solutions
- File CDM study documents in the TMF promptly
- Supervise other CDM staff as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree in health profession, science, or related field
- 6-8 years of CDM experience with at least 3 years in a Lead role
- Familiarity with SOPs, GCP standards, and CDM systems
- Experience with various EDC systems
- Knowledge of analytics within CDM systems is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills; basic SAS or programming experience is a bonus
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, TEAMS, SharePoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills
