Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Data Integration Engineer to join our growing technology team and take ownership of critical data integrations between key business platforms such as CRM and ERP systems. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable integration data pipelines that ensure accurate and timely synchronization on of business data across systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and supporting integrations between platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite, leveraging modern integration tools, like Boomi, and custom logic where needed. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure end-to-end data accuracy and reliability across the enterprise.

Job Details:

• Research, analyse, design, build, and maintain data integration workflows and pipelines connecting CRM, ERP, and related business systems (e.g., Salesforce < > NetSuite).
• Develop and enhance real-time and batch integration using APIs, middleware (e.g., Boomi), and custom code to automate the exchange of customer, order, subscription, and asset data.
• Monitor and support production on integrations by setting up and maintaining robust logging, monitoring, and alerting to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronisation issues, including mismatches, latency, or failed transactions, ensuring consistent and accurate data flow between systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales Operations, Finance, Engineering) to gather integration requirements, define data mapping rules, and document workflows.
• Implement and maintain transformation on logic, mappings, and business rules to ensure alignment between CRM and ERP data models, including handling custom fields and complex object hierarchies.
• Maintain existing and build new documentation for all integration processes, data mappings, and operational procedures.
• Partner with data engineering and architecture teams to ensure integrated data supports analytics and reporting needs.
• Stay current with industry trends, integration best practices, and emerging technologies that can improve performance, reliability, or maintainability.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data integration, data engineering, or systems integration roles.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce and NetSuite systems, with a solid understanding of their data structures, APIs and query languages (SOQL, SuiteQL).
• Experience with accounting systems, subscribing to models or order management workflows and asset lifecycle synchronisation between business systems.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication, pagination, batch processing.
• Experience with integration/middleware platforms, in particular Boomi AtomSphere and its process design, deployment, and management.
• Background in scripting languages for scripting custom connectors or transformations, and an ability to generate custom scripting to handle complex business logic.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and reconciling data, and an understanding of relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with data transformation on and mapping between systems, including custom objects and calculated fields.
• Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their integration or automation of capabilities.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset for identifying issues before they impact users.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy best practices related to business system integrations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to speak fluent English.

Other Information:

Remote working (full-time): Flexible working (6 hours/day), and must join 2 hours/day (9:00 PM - 11: 00 PM) to discuss with team
Max Rate: 42,000,000 VND gross/month Can offer a higher salary to outstanding or strong candidates
Duration: 6 months (sign contractor, no SHUI) at the 1st contractor
Contract renewal based on the project
