The role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the entire digital marketing strategy, including lead generation, social media marketing, and web analytics to drive user growth. Candidates will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to expand BridgeAI’s reach in the global ESL market. Candidates should be highly analytical, with strong communication and collaboration skills, and must demonstrate a passion for education and community-building. Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to be part of the founding team. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media marketing campaigns, and driving lead generation efforts. Key responsibilities include analyzing web analytics data, optimizing online marketing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years digital marketing experience (SaaS/EdTech preferred)
- Proven track record growing online communities (Discord, Slack, social media, etc.)
- B2B and B2C marketing experience
- International/cross-cultural marketing experience
- Content marketing and social media expertise
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, and Web Analytics
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven track record of driving marketing success and achieving business objectives
