Vị trí làm việc từ xa cùng findfolks, tập trung phát triển hệ thống backend cho nền tảng bất động sản ứng dụng AI, dành cho ứng viên tại Việt Nam. Đây là vị trí toàn thời gian, yêu cầu tham gia vào thiết kế, xây dựng và mở rộng các hệ thống backend phức tạp dựa trên Django, tích hợp AI API, tối ưu hóa PostgreSQL, vận hành CI/CD kết hợp AWS, Docker. Thời gian làm việc theo múi giờ CET, có kiểm tra live coding.
Ứng viên cần trên 6 năm kinh nghiệm backend, tối thiểu 4 năm với Django REST, và 2 năm tích hợp AI API. Yêu cầu quen thuộc với tối ưu hệ cơ sở dữ liệu, triển khai cloud, tích hợp API, DevOps, và khả năng mở rộng hệ thống. Kinh nghiệm về SaaS đa tenant, microservices, hoặc lĩnh vực bất động sản là ưu thế.

Description: Django Backend Developer - Remote
We’re hiring for an AI-powered Agentic Real Estate Platform that automates property management operations — from leasing to financials — using advanced AI agents.
We’re looking for a Django Backend Developer who can design, build, and scale complex backend systems.
Must-Haves:
- 6+ years backend experience, including 4+ years Django REST
- 2+ years AI API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Advanced PostgreSQL (optimization, scaling)
- Strong API + webhook integrations background
- AWS, Docker, CI/CD, performance optimization
Bonus Points:
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RentCafe)
- Knowledge of real estate workflows & compliance
- Multi-tenant SaaS & microservices expertise
Role Details:
- Remote, CET hours (9–6, Mon–Fri)
- Work on AI orchestration systems, predictive analytics, and real-time property management APIs
- Live coding test required (1 hour)
