Vai trò này tập trung vào đào tạo, triển khai, hỗ trợ Dynamics 365 BC cho khách hàng, cùng dẫn dắt đội nhóm phát triển, đảm bảo việc tùy chỉnh và phát triển giải pháp vận hành trơn tru. Lương thưởng hấp dẫn, môi trường toàn cầu, có cơ hội đi onsite nước ngoài ngắn hạn nếu cần.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm Dynamics 365 BC/NAV, thực hiện thành công 5+ dự án, am hiểu về bán lẻ, sản xuất, MRP, SCM, tài chính. Ưu tiên biết về Web Services, RDLC, SharePoint, Azure; có khả năng phân tích, dẫn dắt và đào tạo.

People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a leading Global Microsoft Solutions Partner (Business Applications) in US for a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (remote) in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
- Train, implement, and support Dynamics 365 BC modifications for both new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand functional requirements and plan for updates and custom development.
- Provide functional advice for documentation and custom development.
- Ensure that other team members follow excellent development methods.
- Communicate effectively across all channels and at all levels of the organization.
- Identify potential software or service options such as training, modules, business process consulting, and development.
- In charge of understanding customer requirements and preparing the FRD.
- Determine the scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to determine outcome criteria and take appropriate measures.
- Should be accountable for managing the technical team and delivering projects (applies to higher exp category).
- Should lead the team through the development, coding, and solution creation processes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working on projects involving Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV 2016/2017/2018.
- Completed at least 5 end-to-end full-cycle project implementations.
- Should be very strong in Retail, Manufacturing with BC / Material Requirement planning / MRP/Master planning.
- Willing to travel for short-term on-site possibilities worldwide (subject to travel circumstances).
- Expertise in SCM, Financials, Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehousing, and Logistics.
- Knowledge in AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Accounting, and GST.
- Responsible for functional setup.
- Requirements gathering, documentation, gap analysis, setup, training, and deployment.
- Understanding of Events, Subscribers, and Dynamics NAV Web Services (REST, SOAP, JSON, etc.).
- Knowledge of RDLC reports and security certificates.
- Understanding SharePoint and Azure LCS will be advantageous.
