Senior Front-end React Software Engineer (VT)
ParcelHero, a leading UK-based technology-driven parcel delivery platform, is seeking an experienced front-end engineer to join their fully remote team as a contractor. You’ll build and optimize the new ParcelHero Pro TMS platform, playing a major role in shaping their high-scale SaaS solution for retailers. The role offers autonomy, growth opportunities, and cross-collaboration in a fast-paced environment, with an annual compensation of ₫550,000,000–₫750,000,000, 15 days of holiday, and flexible remote work hours (9am–5:30pm GMT).
Candidates should have 8+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 5 focused on React for large-scale applications. Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, advanced React patterns, CSS, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and testing is required. Experience with Mantine UI, Zustand, React Query, and Axios is a plus. Strong mentoring, communication, and team skills are essential. A relevant degree is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is accepted.

Overall Purpose of Role
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer specialising in React with 5+ years of professional experience. You will take ownership of designing and delivering scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end applications. Beyond coding, you’ll set best practices, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with design, product, and back-end teams to deliver seamless experiences

9am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri (GMT).
15 days holiday per year.
You work as a contractor and are responsible for your own tax.
You need a min 20 MB broadband line, and your own PC/Laptop and headset.
