Bạn sẽ phát triển các hệ thống backend bằng Python, FastAPI, xây dựng giao diện với React, Next.js, TypeScript, tích hợp AI và tối ưu workflow, thiết kế API, giúp tự động hóa hỗ trợ khách hàng thương mại điện tử.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có kinh nghiệm mạnh về React, TypeScript, Next.js, backend Python, FastAPI, triển khai AWS, sử dụng thành thạo các AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT), hiểu về AI agent, LLM và đang sống tại Việt Nam. Môi trường thân thiện, đánh giá hiệu suất thường xuyên và nhiều ngày nghỉ phép.

Job Title: Senior Full-stack Python Engineer
Domain: AI Agent
We are building AI agents that handle customer support tickets for e-commerce businesses end-to-end autonomously. These AI agents cancel orders, issue refunds, check inventory, communicate with suppliers, and improve with time. To scale this, we are developing an AI Manager, which is a higher-level agent that trains, monitors, and optimizes the Support Agents with minimal human intervention, effectively creating an AI-powered support team.
Roles
- Own and deliver features end-to-end, from product design to production
- Lead the technical design of complex, cross-cutting features and systems
- Make architectural decisions with long-term impact, balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Proactively identify systemic risks, bottlenecks, and failure modes, especially in AI-driven workflows
- Build and evolve AI-driven systems that manage, evaluate, and improve autonomous agents
- Develop AI-native, self-serve workflows for customers to configure and improve their agents without human-heavy setup
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI
- Build clean, high-quality frontend experiences using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Create flexible integrations with diverse customer systems, designing APIs, schemas, and abstractions that are clear and legible to humans and AI agents
- Collaborate closely with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, LLMs) to reason about architecture, generate evals, explore codebases, and ship meaningful work
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
- Contribute to product and architectural decisions alongside a small, fast-moving team
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Solid backend experience with Python (FastAPI)
- Experience deploying and operating systems on AWS
- Strong understanding of clean architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
AI & Product Mindset
- Use AI tools daily (e.g., Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) as part of your development workflow
- Familiarity with AI agents, LLM limitations, and evaluation strategies
- Care deeply about developer experience, product quality, and system design
- Think in systems, not just tasks
