Job Description

Techzu Ichicode is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack and React Native, and a proven track record of building ERP and POS systems from scratch. As part of Techzu’s pioneer development team in Vietnam, you will play a leading role in shaping our core products for SMEs. You will be involved end-to-end — from product design to deployment — working with international teammates to deliver scalable, high-quality business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership

• Lead and participate in all phases of product development: design, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Define system requirements and technical roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee sprint planning, mentor junior developers, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of product quality, ensuring every release meets high reliability and performance standards.

Software Development (Web & Mobile)

• Build scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js/Express.js (backend).
• Develop ERP and POS modules (e.g., inventory, CRM, finance, sales, reporting) tailored for SMEs.
• Architect and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Build cross-platform mobile applications with React Native for Android and iOS.
• Develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration across ERP, POS, web, and mobile systems.
• Manage cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor performance and ensure applications are secure, scalable, and efficient.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive ERP and POS user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and champion technical excellence.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and collaborate with international developers.
• Be proactive in identifying risks, raising improvements, and ensuring top-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• High proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in building ERP and POS systems from scratch (end-to-end lifecycle).
• Strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Inventory, Finance, CRM, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• MUST HAVE: Proactiveness in ensuring products developed are of tip-top quality.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Work Arrangement: Remote till further notice (BYOD required).
